We have a new tall women's specialty clothing shop to tell you about! Talltique is the dream of two tall sisters who were frustrated with the current options of extra-length clothes. Together, they created a business offering clothing cut for women 5'10" and up. Although their collection is not yet offered online, a little birdie told us that it will be up and running in the next few weeks. Keep your eyes open for new tall fashions coming your way!

We've got two new tall specialty clothing shops to tell you about, Elle Mayers and Laura Madison.

Elle Mayers specializes in activewear for tall women. Their 'living it up tall' workout pants come in both 34" and 36" inseams. They, also, sell tall active tank tops in a variety of colors.

Laura Madison offers a trendy collection of premium tall ladies jeans in 32" to 39" inseams. And, to dazzle things up a bit, you have the option to add a back pocket embellishment of Swarovski crystals.

While the clothing lines may be small at each of these recently opened stores, keep an eye out for more tall products in the future.

Sports Bras for Tall Women

We've had several visitors write in asking about sports bras for tall women, so we decided to do a little digging. While we haven't yet found any retailer selling sports bras specifically in tall sizes (hint, hint to retailers), we did come across a brand which makes sports bras with adjustable straps, allowing for more of a custom-type fit. Moving Comfort is a women's athletic brand known for its quality, super-supportive, comfortable, well-fitting athletic bras. The specific styles with adjustable straps are the Juno, Fiona, and Rebound Racer. Because of the unique adjustable straps, women with taller upper bodies are able to exercise comfortably without straps digging into their shoulders.

We've seen very positive reviews on these bras with the only main downside being that they're not as easy to put on because of the straps. If you've been searching for a high-quality sports bra to fit a longer torso, this very well could be a winner. If anything, it's probably worth at least checking out.

For our tall friends in the NYC-area, a little birdie told us about an upcoming large shoe swap/consignment event hosted by Barefoot Tess and the Women Shoe Wearers: Size 11 & Up Meetup shoe group. It's a perfect way to get rid of shoes you bought and kept even though they didn't quite fit or styles you no longer really like and, in exchange, take home a brand new (to you!) pair for free. The idea is you can trade with other ladies at the event, or buy or sell for cash.

Barefoot Tess will, also, be providing tons of gently used and never-been-worn shoes, including this season's sandals and last season's boots. Many of these styles are still full price on their website, but will be sold at a fraction of the cost at this event.
